Integrity, experience, and a whole lot of hard work

Growing up on a farm in south-central Iowa, owner Chance Schuldt learned the value of hard work at a young age. He worked for local farmers throughout high school and pursued a rodeo career until the age of 21.

Chance began his career in construction by running heavy equipment in the Des Moines area for 8 years. Thereafter he started working for his mentor Rod Andrew building in-ground pools and pouring concrete. Rod has 35 years of experience in the construction field, and over 20 years building and servicing swimming pools in the metro area.

When he isn’t working on pools, Chance enjoys spending time at the lake with his wife, Jessi, and their daughter, Harper.
